Absolutely. Your private keys are encrypted and stored locally. We can't access them, and neither can anyone else without your passphrase. We built this with the same security standards we'd want for our funds.
What if I am new to multi-wallet strategies?
Perfect! Start small. Create 2-3 wallets, test with small amounts, and get comfortable with the interface. Our design philosophy is "powerful for pros, accessible for everyone."
How can I determine which tokens to trade?
We provide the trading tools; you bring the strategy. Our clean interface shows you the essential data, but we're not giving financial advice. Do your research, start small, and never trade more than you can afford to lose.
When exactly will the 0% fees come into effect?
We're finalising the technical implementation for BOLT and SAFU holders. Follow our Telegram for the latest updates — we'll announce it there first.
What about customer support?
We're builders actively involved in our community. Join our Telegram, and you'll frequently find team members there ready to assist. We believe in being accessible to the users of our tools.
Can I pick a custom referral link?
Yes. Choose ✏️ Customize Your Link and enter a slug (3–32 chars, letters/numbers/-/_). If it's taken, try another.
What happens if I don't set a wallet?
You won't be able to receive commissions until you set a valid referral wallet.
